Whilst shopping in St.Louis yesterday I remembered that they sold English muffins and decided that that would be my little treat for the weekend. On waking this morning and seeing that it was a miserable, wet and windy day outside I decided that my treat couldn’t wait for the weekend and so I made myself something tasty
I scrambled the eggs lightly and added the cubed ham and served it on a lightly toasted muffin, yummy!
