		<description>At the Thai restaurant near my office (which, of course, is American version Thai food), the Pad Thai is sweet.  But if you like it the way you made it, that's what counts!  Thanks for posting a recipe that looks like something I can make.  I'm new to Thai food--some of it I really like, like Pad Thai.</description>

		<description>Point taken, the peanuts and chilli flakes I would definately agree with but I think for my own taste any more sugar would make it too sweet, but this is just a personal thing.
