hmmm…i don’t think my comment went through the first time, so here goes again…
1. blogging for personal pleasure
2. normally, absolute citron and soda, though lately, i have become enamored of sparkling wine. prosecco on a patio somewhere at twilight is perfection.
3. falafel.
4. too many to list, but now, i guess i am reading yours!
5. it was a magic moment in time…
6. no baths, unless i have broken out in hives and have to take an oatmeal bath.
7. first, a cocktail in a bar, then a long dinner of light, small plates, then the club to work it all off

1. What do you do as your occupation?
JAYRED: Right now, I’m a housewife, language student (German…ugh), church volunteer worker, missions mobilizer, and an occasional contributing writer for a Manila-based newspaper company.
2. Drink: what and where?
JAYRED: Good ol’ water (ohne Gas) at home.
3. What was the last thing you ate?
JAYRED: Spaghetti with chicken-and-mushroom white sauce (an invention)
4. Which other blogs do you read?
JAYRED: Those on my links list (yours included).
5. How did you first find your way here?
JAYRED: I can’t really remember. Through Google, I think.
6. Do you take baths or showers?
JAYRED: Both. Depends on my mood. But I’m more a shower person. I don’t like bathtubs (it’s an Asian thing, I guess).

JAYRED: I would just prefer to go to bed and sleep. Really. (I’m a homebody.)

1. I’m a high school English teacher currently serving out of the classroom as my teacher’s union’s president.
2. Drink? Yes. Oh, you mean what - let’s see–water, Crystal Light, margaritas, margaritas, and margaritas.
3. The last thing I ate was a taco pocket (a Rachel Ray recipe).
4. I read about 70 other food blogs!
5. I found my way here via a link from another blog. I think. Or maybe you commented on my blog and I came from your comment.
6. Showers - my bathtub’s too small for a nice bath.
7. On Friday nights I’m either home in my recliner or in a sleeping bag high up in the mountains somewhere.

Ok, here’s my answers…
1. Finance & Operations Officer
2. Cosmopolitan at ‘The Bar’ or ‘Bohemia Bar’
3. I didn’t eat breakfast and lunch today so last night’s bbq (at ours) which consists of small amounts of: jersey ribeye steaks, grilled jersey belly pork, paella rice, chipolatas, french style sausages, home-made burgers, potato salad, homemade fresh colleslaw, grilled aubergine, pork & apple sausages, marinated chicken bbq, penne pasta salad and spring rolls! I prepared and cooked them all too. I know… i’m such a pig but i have to try everything that i cook so i know if the guests are lying when they say it’s good!

6. Both. And when i do have a bath, i shower too after (well, i have to wash my hair).
7. The Bar or So Bar with work colleagues or La Cala or The Bar with girl friends. Restaurant then bars with Fiance.
