I’m getting really excited as my next set of visitors arrive on Monday, my aunt, cousin and the two girls have never been over to Switzerland before!! I have a few last minute preparations to take care of but I’m pretty much organized.
I thought I would have a nice healthy salad for lunch since the weather is still very warm.

TURKEY SALAD
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- 150g Garlic marinaded turkey breast fillet
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 1 Tomato, sliced thinly
- 1/2 Red pepper, sliced
- Mixed salad leaves
- 1 Red onion, finely sliced
- 4 Baby sweetcorn cobs
- Black sesame salad dressing
PREPARATION
- Grill the turkey for 5 minutes each side, check to ensure the turkey is cooked through.
- Mix the tomato, grated carrot, sweetcorn, mixed leaves, red pepper, onion and the turkey.
- Season the salad leaves with salt and pepper, dress the salad with the sesame dressing.
this looks very healthy and colorful. What is black sesame dressing, sounds good?

I love salads! I’ve never heard of the black sesame salad dressing. I’m going to have to look for it.
