I had recently made terriyaki salmon from a Japanese cookbook I have, and didnt get that nice glaze. I was told I should have added sugar, so I was happy when I found your recipe with sugar in the ingredients! lol  Imagine my sadness when I didnt see it in the instructions part!

I am from Lorraine, just next to Alsace. So I know Lorraine better, although both are very close by! If you can visit Les Vosges, lovely around there, and of course Straasbourg should not disappoint you. I can find a few known good restaurants for you as well, with Michelin stars. I tried one on Sarrebourg 2 weeks ago and loved it. Great price too for the food quality!!! Let me know how I can help!! ;-)</description>
