Decided to make some cocktails with some of the finds we brought back from the UK. We brought back a bottle of Smirnoff Norsk which we hadn’t seen before.
Smirnoff Norsk is vodka flavoured with Nordic berries.

40ml Smirnoff Norsk
20ml Creme de Frambois
250ml Cranberry juice
Crushed ice and frozen rasberries to garnish.
Mmmm, berry explosion!!
What are nordic berries anyway and where can I buy them; I’m making a shortcake.
