I ♥ Peanut Butter

I really love peanut butter. I don’t think you can beat toast with peanut butter for a quick and tasty breakfast.

I got up nice and early this morning and decided that I fancied something a little different for breakfast but still using my beloved peanut butter.

I searched the internet for peanut butter recipes and found this great little website from the US Peanut Advisory Board dedicated to those like myself who have a love for peanut butter.

The site has lots of nice facts about the history of peanut butter, how it’s made and most importantly recipes!

I decided I would give their recipe for peanut butter pancakes a try, here’s the recipe.

I was so pleased with the result that I decided to submit it to a new food blogging event Weekend Breakfast Blogging (WCC) being held over at Saffron Trail by Nandita, unfortunately I was too late for the first round-up but I will put this forward for round #2.
