All this good weather has really put me in the mood for grilled food and with that in mind I have dug out the cookbook which I consider my very own barbeque bible. I have written up a recipe from this book once before, the book I speak of is The Great Big Burger Book by Jane Murphy and Liz Yeh Singh.
