This is about the 8th or 9th time that my bags have been "mislocated" passing through a London airport. In the past it has always been Heathrow but the difference was that if they got stuck there I have always gotten them back delivered safely within 12 hours and I always was able to find our if they were still in Basel or at Heathrow. The difference this time is that no one seems to know (or care) where exactly my case has ended up. Until now I have been a really vocal supporter of flying with Easyjet but this whole experience has given me a very definate new view on flying with them in the future.. They even managed to checked me on to the wrong flight on the way home last night and I was almost unable to catch the Basel flight LOL! Almost the final straw ;) Oh no, 15 hours in Heathrow!!
