		<description>I know exactly what you mean Glenna, I&#039;m a complete burger snob and am continually on the lookout for that perfect burger.  The book I cited in the recipe is really fab and I just love testing out the various offerings within.

I was really delighted with these burgers they worked ou t beautifully and didn&#039;t fall apart which surprised me since they didn&#039;t really have a binding agent such as an egg.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a great looking burger!  I&#039;m kind of a burger snob and that one is great. I don&#039;t like just any old burger, it needs to be thick and juicy and usually cooked on the grill. Yours fits the bill perfectly!</description>
