I’m soooo delighted!!! We finished the nursery this afternoon!!
Stewart spent a long afternoon building the final piece of furniture and then it was my turn to vacuum, put all of the babys clothes into his wardrobe and add the finishing touches to the decorations..
We’re happy with how things have turned out and the room really does look like a nursery now! We’re planning on spending what remains of our Sunday night with our feet up watching a couple of episodes of Arrested Development.
With the majority of preparations complete for the babys arrival we should be able to start taking things easy over the next few weekends.

Pamela–It’s wonderful. I love it. The colors of the warm woods, whites, and whimsy are really sweet and welcoming. Glad you have that taken care of and your feet up. Great TV choice, too, we loved AD as well. Now take it easy, woman!

awh, eeyore’s my favorite! But mostly, I can’t believe those floors are universal! I had them in my first apartment here in the City. Hilarious! Good luck!

Thanks Mae. It was a complete coincidence about the book and the couple of small picture frames with Winnie and Eeyore on them, they were a gift a couple of years ago and we had them in a box, it’s a photo album.
Since my doc gives me a scan at each of my appointments I’ve lots of pictures of the baby since he was a little egg at 4 weeks old I thought it would be nice to put them all together in a book for us to treasure.
